Nice list of twitter tools. I will need to start using one of these to effectivly manage my twitter account.
I’d also suggest InstaFollow.com. You can automatically follow several people that have similar interests to you.

I do suggest social oomph & buzoom which help u to find tweeple with similar interests.Also they’ll enable to unfollow who don’t follow u, manage/schedule ur tweets e.t.c
