To make a wordpress blog dofollow, we will need to install a dofollow plugin from Semiologic.com in Plugins directory. This plugin will disable the nofollow attribute in comment section of your wordpress blog. Here are the exact steps that you have to follow to install this dofollow plugin from Semiologic:
- Download sem-dofollow (zip) in your computer hard disk and unzip it which will give you sem-dofollow.php file.
- Upload sem-dofollow.php file in Plugins directory using a FTP client
- Login to your wordpress admin section and activate the Dofollow plugin from the Plugins Section.
This is how you will be able to make your wordpress blog dofollow.

Hi,
I see that you are explaining how to turn a blog into a dofollow blog. And, I see that you have another post helping people find dofollow blogs.
But, your blog is nofollow. It seems you are encouraging dofollow but not making your own blog dofollow.
Do you plan on going dofollow? Why are you not choosing to be dofollow?

You are right. Comments on my blog are nofollow right now. But have just activated the dofolow plugin. So all the comments that added/will be added on my blog will be dofollow.

I think the only disadvantage you have with having dofollow links on your blog, is too many links going out from your blog, which may result in low page rank
