JohnTP is banned from Digg
What will be your reaction when you go to Digg and try submitting a popular story from your blog and get the message
‘This URL has been reported by users to be in violation of Digg’s Terms of Services and cannot be submitted this time.’
The same thing happens with JohnTP who found his blog being banned on Digg when visited to submit a story from his blog after a year. According to JohhTP,
“What I think happened is that someone submitted my post on Socialelves (my opinion on a pay per Digg site) to Digg which might have pissed off some Diggers and they then buried the story”.
So we can get our site/blog banned due to other people’s mistakes. It’s really frustrating. And it looks impossible to get a domain unbanned once it is banned on Digg. I himself faced this kind of problem when a user just spammed the links from my blog on Propeller.
There is no way to avoid such kind of banning. It’s up to the users where and how to submit stuff from a website/blog. So users should not spoil someone blog/website for some pennies.
