But who will buy links if they are not dofollow , most of webmasters buy links for ranking improvements . It is same like Scratchback.com where they say that we can accept tips from other for displaying their links .

What’s the best way to promote the linkshowoff? I have the widget, but have not received any advertisers. I’m thinking about removing it, but want to make sure I’ve done what I can to promote it. Thanks!

There are lots of thing you can do to bring advertisers to your website:
Like find some genuine advertisers from other text link selling marketplace and offer them something which they cannot say no.
Invest some money on Google Adwords and similar channels with the keywords that brings in extra advertisers to your website
Bring some special offers or discounts for advertisers.
