Every day millions of people come online and start a blog or website with the intention to make money online. Unfortunately, most people fail to make any money online, while others are only moderately successful. Whereas, only a few number of people are able to realize their ambition to make money online and leave their day job. It is important to think why most people fail to make any money online. I am writing this post to analyze a few top reasons why people fail to make money online:
1. Impatience
It is the number one criteria between those who are successful in making money online and those who are not. They Dream to Get Too Much Too Fast. What they do not understand is that making money online takes time and it is a gradual climb up a pyramid to reach the top. Along the way you learn a lot of things that are required to create a massive cash stream from the internet. But many get impatient and quit in the early stages of their initiative.
2. Lack of Knowledge
Most people who come online for the first time to make money online are totally unaware of the basics in making money online. They are unaware of what is Search Engine Optimization, they are hardly aware of the importance of social media tools such as Twitter. Then they expect that they can make a lot of money fast online. Unfortunately, learning to make money online is an art and it takes time to master it.
3. Poor Application
It is quite commonly observed that many webmasters will browse from one blog to another to read posts that will help them enhance their money making skills. Unfortunately, they fail to apply the knowledge which they have acquired. Making money online requires you to take actions and be a proactive decision maker. You cannot expect to make money online by simply maintaining a blog.
4. Fly by Night Schemes
In the impatience to make money online, many people get desperate and get stuck with fly-by-night schemes that fool many. There is no lack of people on the internet who are ready to take advantage of your desperate measures to make money online. Then you end up demoralized and may even lose your money due to these scams. So it is important you put in your time and effort in legitimate and trusted money making services.
5. No Action Plan
If you are trying to make money online then you require an action plan to see yourself successful in the future. Those who lack an action plan to proceed in their ventures online will eventually lose focus. They try to get into too many streams trying to generate revenue and fail to make any money in the end.
So it should be your commitment to avoid these costly mistakes.

I think my issues are #2 and #5, and they’re related. I have read tons of stuff on how to make money online, and I can truthfully say that I feel I’ve only learned 2% from any of it. This means that most everything else is trial and error, and I seem to error way more often than succeed.
And that impacts #5 because obviously my plans aren’t working, which means I’m not planning it properly. And I can’t plan properly because I don’t have the real knowledge needed to really do things any better.
Of course I also admit that I fight a couple of things here and there, only because my logic seems to suggest that based on history there’s no real purpose to it, or it’s something that irritates me when it’s being done to me, so I refuse to irritate someone else by doing it. In my opinion, that’s probably the number one reason why most people fail.

I am trying to make some money online. I am making some of them. But how can i make tons of money with in next one year. I can spend 3 hours a day on sites.
Most important that we matters when it comes about making money with a website is amount of traffic you have. So if you have thousands of people coming on your website on daily basis, your website will have the potential of making big money. And in case, your website does not have that kind of traffic right now, you should focus on getting that level of traffic on your website to fulfill your wish
I think procrastination and lack of planning are the main reasons why people fail at MMOL. Procrastination is certainly my biggest challenge. Particularly when things don’t go well or take ages to produce a result.
I have to agree on the fly by night scamsters. They are the ones who perpetuate this myth of making money overnight. It reminds me of the film star who was an overnight success. It only took him 15 years to get there…

My tips are pretty much just like yours.
The main ones I have are:
1. Keep at it
2. Create a content strategy
3. Network
I think these are the essentials.
The first is to just keep writing content, this should be a given. You should pretty much learn to love writing for no one for some time but if it’s your passion to write, there’s no problem. Eventually people will come.
Next would be to have a plan that doesn’t just involved “starting a blog”. Try to write a dozen posts so when you do launch, you’ll be ready to go. Save a few posts for reserves when you hit a dry spell.
Last, and most important, is to network with other bloggers within your niche. By helping each other, you can excel within your niche.
