These days there has been lots of discussion going on about page rank in the seo discussion forums and blogs as Google Pagerank update was going on since 03 April 2010. Now let’s move on the post for the day, where I’m going to introduce top 5 tools related to Google page rank:
1. Check Pagerank of multiple URL’s at a time
On lots of occasions, we need to check the page rank of lots of URL’s at a time. These URL’s may belong to the same website or are set of some random URL’s of our interest. You can use this tool from Cascandra.com website to find the page rank of 100 url’s at a time.
2. Check Pagerank in different Google Data Centers
We generally check websites Page rank in different Google centers during page rank update from Google. By checking a website Page Rank in different data centers, we can judge a website Pagerank in the ongoing PR update. Suppose a website before PR update was having 4 as Page rank value and when we checked this website Page rank in 30-40 data centers at a time from Google, we might see, some data centers showing PR 4 while some others showing PR 5. So it’s an indication that your website will be PR 5 at the end of current page rank update. And if some data centers show PR 3, your website will move down to PR 3. This tool from SeoCentro will check your current page rank at 30 Google Data Centers at a time.
3. Using Google Toolbar
One of main reason why we use Google toolbar is for checking a webpage public page rank. Apart from page rank, we may use Google toolbar for making search for some terms on Google, to check the number of links that website have on Google, webpage cached version with last cache date, related websites, auto form fill ups etc.
4. Visual Page Rank
This tool will help you show links available on a website home page or internal page with their visual page rank. This tool will also show visual page rank for external websites placed on a web page.
5. Page rank prediction tool
Some seo related websites offer page rank prediction as a part of their overall seo class. Page rank prediction is basically a gauss about your future page rank. I don’t believe much on the data that we can from such websites. And if you are interested in knowing your future page rank, check this future pare rank tool available from this website.

For getting high PR, get links from high page rank websites and blogs. Don’t go for quantity and focus on Quality. Few links from PR 4 websites are much better than 100′s of links from PR zero websites
