Dane Carlson from Business Opportunity Weblog created an amazing tool How Much is Your Blog Worth based on the number of links we have according to Technorati data. It does not take into account other important factors like your content quality, domain age, traffic, amount of money you are actually making, branding etc when calculating your blog value. When I checked the worth of Scopeformoney.com blog, it showed my blog is worth $49,114.98 which is not a bad amount at all. I would be really happy to sell this blog for half of this amount if someone is interested in Scopeformoney blog. You can even show this widget on your blog by pasting the code provided when you use this tool to know your blog worth as I did.

This really made me interested. I checked my new blog on several tools (googled a little and found that there are many) – some showed 0$, some more than 100$, but majority of tools estimated my blog worth between 50-100$. Good to know, I must keep working on it.
