It is always advisable to keep the paid links nofollow if advertisers are specially links or banners on your for getting traffic. You may not face problem by placing dofollow links for other blogs and websites in your niche, that’s my opinion.

In one of your other posts related to this topic (Sponsored reviews or Blogvertise etc, I’m not sure exactly which one), you mentioned that the advertisers’ links in your paid post should NOT be ‘nofollow’. And in your comment above, you advise us to make them ‘nofollow’! Confused here!

can we register with blogspot blogs ?

and do we really get opportunity to get posts for advertisers available ?

i dont have any general topic blogs, i think i need to have one soon so it gets 90 days older soon.

You will risk losing your PR if you do lots of paid posts on your blog. So you should mix paid posts with regular posts on your website. You can keep the ration of regular and paid posts as 25:5 i.e. you can make a paid posts after 5 regular posts. You should limit the outbound links in your paid posts and if possible, use nofollow links in your posts where you are paid some money
