But its quite popular among blogging, seo, affiliate marketing, social networking, content management systems and technology review kind of industries. Guest post submission is one of the quickest and easiest ways to generate authority links for a website. But to be successful in your motives with your guest blogging, you need quality content and list of blogs with their contact details that accept guest posts in your niche.

So now you have the list of blogs that allows guest blogging, next step that you have to do is send a polite e-mail or use their contact form to ask them whether they will allow you a guest post on their blog. Don’t forget to mention the list of bogs if you have already get your guest posts published on some blogs. Most importantly remain polite in your e-mail to the blog owner. Once you have sent email regarding guest posting opportunity to 10-15 bloggers, wait for their response.

You will get positive response from most of the bloggers. Next step will be sending your guest post to those bloggers that accept your invitation for guest post. Once you sent your guest post to some bloggers, wait for a response from them. If your content quality was good, most bloggers will reply with the dates when your guest post gets publish on those blogs. And once any of your guest post gets published, share that post on social networks and reply to comments coming on your guest post.

Things to keep in mind when submitting a guest post

Here are the lists of few things that you should keep in mind when going through the guest posting process:

  • Always submit your best content as guest post
  • Don’t submit the same content to multiple blogs
  • Always submit fresh content as guest post and don’t send already used content as guest post.
  • Once published as guest post, don’t use that content somewhere else.
  • Always go through the guest post guidelines before submitting your guest post to a blogger as each blogger has his own terms and conditions regarding the acceptance of a guest post.
  • Keep patience once submitted your guest post to blogger. Don’t send too many e-mails regarding a guest post invitation or approval.

There are plenty of sites (other than those mentioned above) that accept guest posts. One of them is mine (www.techvorm.com). I personally believe, guest posting on any blog (regardless) of page rank brings valuable link backs.

I agree Anil. Guest blogging is one of the best things you can do for a couple of reasons. You usually get strong back links and if your articles are good, likely the website owner will ask you to submit other content. I know this has happened to me at a number of places I submitted guest posts to. So, if you want some good link love at authority sites, then check out the list above.

A good quality article goes a long ways and carries a lot of weight. If you have original content and provide value and benefits for the reader the blog host may ask you to submit another article as well. Guest blogging simply rocks!
