While blogging, it is quite common for many bloggers to suffer from certain health problems. The reason for this is the long hours that a blogger needs to spend in front of the computer screen. Also, sitting long hours on your laptop or computer can cause you lethargy. This happens because of the lack of any kind of physical activity. Blogging especially becomes very hectic and takes a toll on your health if you work 9-5 and then come back to work on your blog. However, it is not that full-time bloggers are safe from health problems. It is important that we keep our health at optimum levels so that we can blog at our best efficiency.

The common health problems which many bloggers face are:

Headaches

This is the most common health complain which most bloggers have. As a blogger you stare at the computer screen for long hours. This will cause you to blink lesser than you would normally have. Moreover, if there is lack of enough water in your body. Then it all combines to give you a big headache. And in return, this will really reduce your efficiency while blogging. It is important that you keep a glare protection screen on your computer screen and drink plenty of fluids.

Body Pain

Body pain is another health issue which is faced by bloggers due to the inactive state of the body while you blog. Long hours of inactivity in your body can cause you to have pain in your joints and muscles. Your wrists may especially begin to hurt if you have been typing for long hours. It is recommended that you take short breaks in between your blogging schedule. Go for a short stroll or simply walking around your house for 15 minutes will help you a lot in fighting body pain.

Fatigue

Fatigue basically means that the blogger feels tired and lethargic. Even logging into his inbox becomes a really big ordeal – when your body is suffering from fatigue. The body suffers from fatigue if there is lack of enough fluid levels in your body or if you have been having poor sleep patterns. Fatigue can be eliminated by taking ample rest and drinking water.
